Where you have provided explicit consent, 9phl may send you promotional communications regarding bonuses, new games, VIP events, and platform updates via email or SMS. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before withdrawal.

The 9phl Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above as required by PAGCOR. 9phl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process for all new Members.
If 9phl becomes aware that personal data of an individual below 21 years of age has been collected without appropriate parental or guardian consent — and that the individual has misrepresented their age — such data will be deleted immediately and the associated Account will be terminated. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has attempted to register with 9phl, they should contact us immediately via the channels in Section 15.
