Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or a different email address — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any winnings.
All Members are required to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal or accessing certain Account features. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, without limitation: Philippine National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, and PhilHealth ID. 9phl may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 9phl during registration and throughout your membership is accurate and up to date. You must notify 9phl promptly of any changes to your registered details. 9phl shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 9phl Account. You agree to:
9phl will never ask for your Account password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 9phl support immediately. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility unless and until 9phl receives timely written notice of unauthorised access and takes action to secure the Account.
9phl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by 9phl's payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take 2–4 hours. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet deposits. 9phl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) all wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be met; (c) the withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible; (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. 9phl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

Sports betting results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the PBA for Philippine basketball, UFC's official fight results for mixed martial arts, and the corresponding international sporting federations for other events. 9phl's determination of sports results is final in the absence of an official governing body ruling.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9phl Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without 9phl's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9phl's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9phl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 9phl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. 9phl does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of malicious components. If you are not satisfied with 9phl's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the 9phl Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13.1.
9phl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 9phl will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Account balance.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive effect of any provision, and updates required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
